- Success story of TravelgateX and Bluekiri on the Google Cloud blog, thanks to achieving 99.999 percent availability on their platform using Google Kubernetes Engine, making possible to handle more than 20,000 reservations and 2 billion requests per day.
- Travel-tech company Jetstream celebrates its first year in Mallorca at their Parc Bit offices; coinciding with the 1st of July, Canada Day, the country of origin of its mother company.
- The 2019 edition of the Atlántida film festival has finished, organised by the streaming platform Filmin and held simultaneously in Palma and online. One of the co-founders has shared some figures: 24,000 online viewers (+ 74% vs 2018) and 15,000 spectators in Palma (+ 50% vs 2018).
- Playa de Palma will be the first European tourist destination to operate with cryptocurrencies. This pilot experience will begin to be operational before July 15, thanks to which an ATM to exchange cryptocurrencies from euros and dataphones in restaurants will be available.

- 17/07 – Google Cloud Platform: introduction and success stories. Google Developer Group Mallorca meetup where speakers will share a technical perspective of the platform and the tools focused on data management that it provides.
- 18/07 – Story and tips from a successful indie. Conference at EDIB with Alva Majo, Mallorcan youtuber, gameplayer and indie games developer.
